I am from a region called Calm Waters. It is for people who love roleplay, have been in a "dead" region for too long... anything of that nature, really! I came from a nation that became a ghost town, with no contact or rp whatsoever! I wanted to end it, so I started Calm Waters for people who have had or are having the same problem! We are all allies, we are all competitors.
There are only two conditions:
1) You cannot be evil, fascist or overly cruel. I accent fascist, as I myself am a liberal Jew.
2) You must be active. Self explained.
