Okay, I got an issue about mining some stuff under a rainforest, so I told them they could mine some and leave most of the environment.
Now my national animal is going extinct because of deforestation!
How do I fix this? :confused:

Once you've decided on an issue and the legislation has been enacted, there's nothing you can do but wait for another similiar issue to come along. If you read the FAQ and notes in NationStates, every issue has consequences, and some of them have consequences you may not realise or want. Some of them may offer no choices with consequences you like; that's when we're forced to choose between the lesser of evils. You have the option to dismiss issues you don't like, but doing it too much turns your people apathetic.
It's all about choices and consequences. That's why it's a game. Even when we don't like what we're offered, we still have to choose.
