I know the answers to my questions are here somewhere. But I have been unable to locate them.
1 What is a Dossier and what is it good for?
2 How do you have allies?
3 How do you take over other Countries and/or Regions?
4 Is there a thread or link that explains this in greater detail?

I might have more in the future.
1. Dossiers are a list of nations you've put there. Wether you use it for a list of shortcuts to nations, or nations you want to remember for whatever reason, is up to you.
2. Allies are more RolePlayed in the NationStates or International Incedents forums. In-game, some regions have allied regions, I suggest if you want this one, then telegram the founder/UN Delegate.
3. You said you know now.
4. In the top of NationStates, International Incedents, and Gameplay forums, there will be stickies on this sort of subject. Read them. Also the FAQ is also a good place to obtain all sorts of information.
