I have been noticing numerous nations holding armament bazaars through none to clandestine methods of communication in the nationstates regions, primarily through selling numerous units of tanks, ships, and aircraft with terrifying super technology.
These countries are using AI powered MBTs, Stealth Bombers capable of flying three times around the globe at altitudes of 40,000 ft, and laser weapons that can disembowl Everest in under a minute.
Contrary to the popular beliefs of our far too liberal neighbours, we the people of the Vendrican Nation who serve His Excellency have not forsaken the importance of weapons development (aside from police and agriculture it was our top investment for the first two quarters of this year alone).
Our mighty island (124% the size of Iceland) houses a complete perimeter of cruise missiles, and patriots, plus numerous other anti-missile, vessel, and aircraft batteries, and our fleet is the third largest in the region, but aside from this we make willingful use of what some might naively say more antiquated weapons.
Our primary tanks are BMPs, T-72M1s, T-80UM1s, and a select bodyguard of T-90s for The Vendrican himself. Our helicopters are mostly updated Hind-D Gunships with improved targeting systems, and our submarines are the sturdy Victor IIIs, and Akula classes. Our airforce fighter wing is formed tightly around a sturdy battering ram of Mig-21s, Mig-25s, Mig-29s, and F-5E fighters, whilst the Royal Air Corsair Unit is filled with an awe-inspiring plethora of SU-34s, SU-37s, S-37s.
Though most people have noticed our primary source of goods is the former soviet union, we quite willingly accept these weapons were in need of updating 'prior' to their arrival. Now however we have a vast army for our nation widly kitted out and preparing to defend their people from any threat.
Is it wrong to assume that with such an amassed array 'hypothetically' going up against these over-priced toys that our great father The Vendrican is misguided?
(In short, who like myself just wants to stick with modern day warfare over Gundams, Godzilla, and whatever else some peoples imaginations summon? I mean some of these weapons are amazingly well designed, but I can't help suspect they are the first step to God Moding)
