I'm not certain if this is the right forum to pose the question and I apologize if it is not. Down to buisness though.
I'm planning (Or at least hoping) to make a website for my nation, and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good, free, host for the site. Preferrably one that will work well (ie. not geocities) with out too many problems.
As well, can anyone recommend a good resource for code and what not for creating the site itself?
