Hola, El Presidente has issued a message to all nations calling them to join the new lush region of Tropico!
The lush island region of Tropico is very new and small. We currently have no UN Delegate are are awaiting a nation who wishes to be ours. All nations located in the region are loyal and trustworthy willing to help your nations in all wars you enter.
The UN Delegate known in the Tropico region as "El Presidente" is highly respected and we are willing to go to great lengths not to be invaded. We have many allies and although our region is small, it will grow and GROW until it can take on the elite regions and win!
