The process is explained in the FAQ (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/85429/page=faq). Good reading. Top to bottom.

You can only be endorsed for UN Regional Delegate by somebody in your region

Which (oddly enough) is prominently mentioned in the FAQ.

That's it. I'm writing a guide on how to not get ridiculed on this forum.

I'm sorry - I really don't know why I deserved a sarcastic comment.

It was actually aimed at Leonov, who asked the obvious question immediately following the answer. Sorry it missed him and splattered on you. I'll get a tissue ...

Finished. ;)

CHAPTER ONE: Read the FAQ.

Read the FAQ. Now read it again.

CHAPTER TWO: Before You Do Anything Else (Aside From Chapter One, Which, By The Way, You Should Go And Do Again.)

Go to the Moderation Forum. Read the "Glossary of Forbidden Actions." thread. Do Not Perform These Actions.
While you're there, read through all the other Moderation threads. The examples you will find should further illustrate things you should not do.

CHAPTER THREE: Posting

Have you completed Chapters One and Two? Good. Try Chapter One again.
Finished? All right. Now, before you start posting, try this. Read the various threads. That way, not only will your post be relevant to what is being discussed, you will not be repeating what is already there.
When posting to a thread, read the messages that are already there. Too much reading? Don't post.
Understand these two basic concepts. 1) Humans are fallible. and 2) You are Human. This means that: 3) You are fallible. Accept that you may be wrong. Accept that others may be wrong. If you have trouble with accepting that first bit, don't post. Ever. Please.
Really.

APPENDIX A: Proposals

Before you make a proposal, read the thread cryptically entitled "Before you make a proposal..."
Then read the thread entitled "Passed N.S.U.N. Resolutions". Do you see your resolution? Do you see one hauntingly similar to it? If you do, delete your proposal immediately. I will reiterate, for clarity. DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL. Now go the Nation States United Nations homage. Look at the proposals in the que. Do you see your resolution? Do you see one hauntingly similar to it? Follow the same steps as before.
Read the thread "A Case Study of Deleted Proposals". Learn from it. Study it will.
Read the thread entitled "United Nations Resolution Writing Guide". use it.
Writing a repeal? This may seem surprising, but before you do, strongly consider perusing through the contents of "A Repeal Writing Guide: A Commonsense Guide to Writing Repeals". For those of you with poor pattern recognition skills, this information is located as a thread on this very forum.

APPENDIX B: Punctuation

If you do not recognize and understand either of the following, in no way attempt to type anything whatsoever at any time.
