The region, was ruled by an apparent ardent Catholic neo-Nazi, was refounded upon that ruler's death due to inactivity by one of our museum docents.
Happily it appears that several nations who fled that tyrannical regime have returned and wish to resume their birthright. We in the ANA wish to encourage such reinhabitation of our museum regions where it is possible to ensure that they do not return to be nazi-themed or allied.
We invite nations return to the region. Our founder will open access to regional controls in a bid to see whether the apparent natives new stewardship will indicate that our release of this formerly nazi-allied region will be worthwhile.

LOL if that is the way it shall be, so be it! Mwahhahahaha- everyone takes this game far, far too seriously- its a really boring, poo game, and Im simply making it more interesting- people who get worked up over the game really should get out more.
