well there are flaws in any system... i think that they tend to build these systems/polls arond the concept of being user friendly to the lowest common denominator... which means that anyone with the intelegence that god gave a raccoon can figure ways to get themselves extra votes.

I cannot wait to see Nationstates at number 1 so I dont have to hit the top 100 link to see our name.
