The screen denotes nations in the region the longest length of time.
In many cases this will help determine nativity -- although nations known to be formally identified with another region (like mine with NAZI EUROPE) could still become native. Conversely however, nations whose allegience is not with this region could be considered spies -- therefore would never gain native status.

The heretofore mentioned paragraph is my own opinion.
I would welcome knowledgeable NS players / nations to post here their views on just what constitutes nativity.

Additionally, this screen is dated today. I will contact the nation Ballotonia for some earlier screens of the region.

Thank you Ballotonia for your XML screens.

The difference between the 1st one (10 September 2004) and the 2nd one (1 October 2004) is significant because the first one shows our late founder's original nation alive. The second one was apparently made just following his deletion and maybe during the war against us waged by the MT Army.

I see there are just two nations here now who entered the region then during and / or following that war.

I will trace these nations to determine whether they are allies or invaders.

In light of the discovery of collaboration with the Delete On Sight (DOS) player Hitlers Austria by Nazi Deutschland nation Fascist Ideals, I had no choice but to call in defender allies to thwart what Fascist Ideals had been urging me to do as your internally-elected delegate -- to kick out native nations of Nazi Deutschland Axis in order to effect the refounding.

Such an exercise to refound a region without a founder would constitute griefing, which is a violation of NS rules and would rightfully result in my deletion. This I will not do. Nor will I yield to those nations who suggest that we must break NS rules to serve the interests of Nazi Deutschland Axis.

I pledge to the nations of Nazi Deutschland Axis not to be the actual refounder. Indeed, I had no intention of even being the delegate to manage the refounding. However after urging by Fascist Ideals over the past few weeks I left my home region of NAZI EUROPE and was first elected two days ago with the endorsements of The Sadistic Skinhead, Fascist Ideals, The New American Reich and Aryan Socialist.

FYI and for Moderator oversight the first three nations of the four above are natives of Nazi Deutschland Axis, therefore making me an internally-elected delegate.

When Fascist Ideals realized that I wasn't going to eject nations to refound despite his urging to do so (and I see why HE did not want to take on the refounding of his own region but rather invite in from the outside someone to take the heat for any refounding) he consulted with my old region's administrators -- those of the region NAZI EUROPE.

Yes I have many regrets for having stayed in NE as long as I did under such circumstances. Yet it has only been within the past few weeks that I learned from credible aryan sources that HA had several zombie puppets operating in NE and throughout NationStates. Not wanting to be apart of this idolatry any longer I left the region to join my long-standing puppet nation Good Housekeeping in GH's quest to help the remaining and most active natives to refound Nazi Deutschland Axis.

BTW if Hilters Austria hasn't removed already my goodbye parting it is located in the heretofore mentioned forum under "Allies"; then click onto the thread referencing the Nazi Deutschland Axis refounding attempt. As of this writing anyone on the world wide web can view this part of their forum without registering (though one would have to join like I did to post in it).

I stand ready to continue this assistance towards refounding Nazi Deutschland Axis once it is certified that Hitlers Austria will be removed from having any influence in our decisions. The region NDA remains open to receive natives in Nazi Deutschland Axis to await its refounding.

It is true that I called in the group Pacific Defenders to help me thwart an expected gradual griefing of the region once the assumed original founder of the region NDA2 would have ceased to exist due to inactivity (having as of this writing been inactive 15 days.

As we have seen with our own region there are spies throughout NS regions and apparently Pacific Defenders had one, which then passed on the pw to the known and recorded invaders of the MT Army. I ejected one of their nations (the nation Bray Bray) and was within seconds of ejecting his endorser Anti Axis before he fled the region.

As a result of this breach by The MT Army I set a new password for the region. Further it needs to be noted here that if I am a leader of a coup why then would I eject my own endorsers like Bray Bray (I lost two of their endorsers btw)?
I think this proves that I am doing the very things that I was elected by the natives to accomplish -- make the hard decisions necessary to defend the integrity of Nazi Deutschland Axis and our attempted refounding.

I have just logged on a short time ago and need to respond to any additional telegrams identifying other elements contrary to the native wishes of Nazi Deutschland Axis (which the MT Army nations are because of their unsuccessful but scary takeover attempt back when our region's founder, also named Nazi Deutschland Axis, was deleted for NS rule violations).

Any suggestions by Fascist Ideals and The New American Reich however will be ignored, for they have themselves collaborated with a known NS rulebreaker extraordinaire, the DOS in NS Hitlers Austria. Their opening posts and telegrams direct to me btw have been html screened and will be open for NS Moderation inspection should they themselves continue to collaborate with this gameplay that somehow justifies that we must break the rules in order to restore Nazi Deutschland Axis to be the oldest continuous region of its kind in NationStates.

My problem is that you called in non-native defenders, many of whom are suspected to be anti-Nazi or non-Nazi even if they are not in the MT Army, to endorse you. You are no longer an internally elected delegate because if you were to eject the non-native defenders, delegacy would pass to me. Technically, I am the internally endorsed delegate since I have all 3 native votes, including NDA2's vote. Sadistic Skinhead is the only native that still endorses you, and he has not been active for the past 3 days therefore he is not up to date.

You still have no proof Fascist Ideals is a clone. Nevertheless, even if he was a clone, delegacy would pass to me, not to FI. I can assure you I am not a clone or DOS in NS.

Well since I control said forum and can read all of it. It is clear he does not control NE. Even the parts of the forum others can read, you will see that statement above is incorrect.

For some reason in her loss of support in NDA She has chosen to throw out false statements and call in people that are directly against the beliefs of the region she is trying to refound. I have talked to others outside the situation and they agree she needs to step back from this and allow the natives to deal with it.

I have to say without the support of key natives the refound can not take place. If the natives choose to grief they will pay the price. She is not incorrect about what she says. If someone notices the ejection of certain nations form NDA the region will be attacked by the mods, deating rule breaking nations.

But GC that is for them to face, it is there region. Let them have it. I supported what you tried to do, but it has since blown up. Allowing the MT Army to enter was a grave mistake and destroyed your credibility. Having defenders in there to block the natives is also not working in your favor.

Suddenly making a big deal out of HA whom you have had conversations with on our board isn't going to cover up the errors. Calling people clones when they are not isn't going to work either. Jackie has tried that many times..and she has been wrong many times.

Read everyone's posts there. You will then see why I had to act to defend the region against a potential griefing by another delegate other than the founder, or the previous delegate to me, The Sadistic Skinhead.

Yes, it was regrettable that the MT Army learned of the password.
However, the moment I was notified, I ejected their lead invader Bray Bray. And that was all it took, for the rest left the region within one day of my election. Further, with all the nations from Pacific Defenders present (7 at the height of things), I didn't even need the MT Army's help. Seems to me I have a proven record of responding to native requests -- something that none of my critics can say they do.

Once again, check this thread thoroughly.
After you (via your nation The Southern Empire) asked nations to leave your region SS Nazi Europe, my Good Housekeeping nation left the region and became a part of life in -- you guessed it -- Nazi Deutschland Axis.

I believe that there is a enough evidence to suggest that Good Housekeeping is a native here. Indeed, judging from the reasons given that I shouldn't be the refound preparer afterall from old NAZI EUROPE natives, I think one can see that I had become a native of -- you guessed it -- Nazi Deutschland Axis.

BTW *********BREAKING NEWS********* At my request and with my endorsement (followed curiously by The New American Reich -- he wasn't even endorsing him!), the agreed-upon original creator and founder of the region, now known as the nation Nazi Deutschland Axis2, has been elected the new delegate for the region.

Guiding the refounding through his UN delegacy is his responsibility now.
I will remain, as this region is my real home.
