This is my first post here.
Looking around, I realized that I couldn't find an Anarchy other than my own.
Am I the only one?
It seems like Political Freedoms coupled with strong Civil Rights and Economies are a real scarcity.

There are lots of Anarchist nations on NS. I'm one. This one is anarcho-socialist, and I have others that are the same, as well as anarcho-capitalist nations. A nation in my region is anarcho-communist. You may want to check out the region called Anarchy.
Just curious - how can a nation on NS be 'anarchist' when they must make decisions on issues?
Do they simply dismiss every issue?

No, though there are some issues that most anarchist would dismiss. Generally you have to promote true democracy (political freedoms) and generally let people do almost whatever the hell they want (civil freedoms) and let people do almost anything they want in terms of their money (economic freedoms).
