3. Corneria is the 4th planet of the Lylat System, and home to 85% of the Lylat population no, this is Star FOX not Star Trek.

---Cornerian Constitution---

All nations of Corneria vow to look after eachother in one region, and work together for a better future, although war is permitted, members must keep a small defense budget during peace time. All nations of all races can come here, and minorities will be protected from discrimination. Anyone who commits genocide against a minority group will be ejected.

Point 1. Cornerian nations will not spam our own region, or anyone's telegrams

Point 2. Corneria will uphold all the alliances made with other regions.

Point 3. Member nations follow the nation states rules.

Point 4. No religion, minority culture, language, etc. will be banned from member nations.

Point 5. Try to be peaceful, though wars can be fought on Cornerian soil.

Point 6. Nuke baering nations must be responsibly with their arsenal.

Point 7. The region was founded for Star Fox fans, but someone who is not A Star Fox fan is also welcome.

Point 8. All nations can object to this constitution or any other decision made by the region, which may lead to debate.

Point 9. The UN delegate or founder cannot abuse their power.

Point 10. Have fun!

Nation rules in Corneria:

In our region The Flag, National Motto, and currency also must follow the rules in the game. The name must be real, though something named after an animal, or something is alowed. MrSparkleland is ok, but just barely. It goes for the Nation's title too. Something like "The drunkards of drunkia" or "The suckiness of I suck" is not allowed. The Flag can't be like a Photograph, or something stupid, Nations in this region must use real nation flags, or have more symbolic flags. No animated flags allowed because no real flag is animated, its a flag. So, a nation with Saddam, or Bush on their flag is not accepted. A nation with an animated Mario jumping around is not accepted Also, the national motto shouldn't be something like "We will kill you" or "Bush sucks" Make it a real motto, like "In god we trust" etc. Currency: Don't make your currency named after people, or your national animals. Nations that follow this are more likely to be allowed to join.
