Is is possible to create a Socialist Utopia in this game?
Also, on a somewhat unrelated note...how do you prevent daily union strikes?

There's a 'Left-wing Utopia' category which requires low economic freedoms (socialist), but high civil and political rights.
Daily union strikes? That's just an 'issue' don't worry about it.
