UFR rankings #2: Highest user to nation ratio.
A survey was taken over 113 of the world's largest forums, with feeder forums excluded. Note the dates of this survey where from 20-27 of November, and collected from statistics displayed on the bottom of the forum. UFRR could not account for the puppet user phenomenon or the dead user phenomenon. The following regions had the highest user to nations in region ratio:
10) Africa, http://nsafrica.board.dk3.us/ with 136 nations and 182 forum users: or 134%
9) Gay, http://s3.invisionfree.com/Region_of_Gay with 90 vs. 122: 136%
8) Trav Khar, http://nikovakia.proboards22.com with 111 vs. 152: 137%
7) The YoungWorld, http://www.theyoungworld.net/ 555 vs. 763: 137%
6) European Union, http://s6.invisionfree.com/European_Union/index.php? 108 vs. 164: 152%
5) Anticapitalist Alliance, http://invisionfree.com/forums/CACE/index.php? 221 vs. 375: 170%
4) Canada, http://invisionfree.com/forums/NationStates_Canada/ 343 vs. 642: 184%
3) Nasicournia, http://s2.invisionfree.com/Nasicournia 146 vs. 470: 322%
2) The Heartland, http://theheartlandregion.com 85 vs. 339: 399%
1.The New Meritocracy http://merit.jink.org 140 vs. 738: 527%
Other things to note are diplomatic regions tend to have higher percentages, and regions where there are active armies that might of moved away could also cause an upsurge in percentage. In fact most smaller invader/defender regions did not get counted since the 113 are regions with higher than 50 nations.
Finally, one missing from the top ten is the region of gatesville, which had a very low percentage of 19%.
Congratualtions to all the winners in todays ranking. And if your region didn't win, there are still many more different kinds of rankings to go. I've even seen a region with 50 nations get number one in one of them. For more info into the UFR rank system, see the award post in http://mig81.com/carinthe/viewtopic.php?t=2886 . UFR is not affiliated with nationstates, the UN body of nationstates, mods or administration of this website. All ranking info was taken on November 20-27 and done not represent the current rankings.
