Just wanted to know how you figure what you can and can't afford. Let's say I have a 5Bill and going with the standard "1RL day = 1NS yr, that should mean that I can, in a sense, afford to spend say about 20 Bill and have it paid off in about 4 days, yes?

Also, to 'wire' money, how is that done? Is that simply by saying "I wired you money today."?

Whatever type of time system you use to equate time in your NS nation/role-plays is what you would use in any sort of equation like this.

Also, to 'wire' money, how is that done? Is that simply by saying "I wired you money today."?

You'd basically say it. "I wired X amount of money to X nation," would suffice.
