What are all the rankings for:
Civ. Rights, Pol. Freedoms, and economy?
I want to know because i dont know if All-Consuming is a good good thing, or a bad thing.

Why is "Widely Abused" Civil rights higher ranked than "Frightening"? When the UN Charts ranked nations according to Most Civil Rights, all the top nations had Frightening civil rights.

Why is "Widely Abused" Civil rights higher ranked than "Frightening"?

For all we know other factors could also be determining that outcome.
