Apparently he's a DOS. A mod put a DOS on him but forgot to delete him. See a thread in the Moderation forum on the dealetion of Biotherm.

He's obviously not DOS because he has other nations out there.

For the off chance that he is DOS, I shall keep the name of the other nation (that I know of) secure and off of NationStates altogether.

Still, I doubt it matters. From memory I spotted a DoS recently only to find Myrth ( I think ) had bagged it and tagged it already. And when I went to report the other account running around, I found that it had been scanned for the same traits as the last one and taken care of.

Still, DoS is still just theory after all ... ;)

Fair enough, if he actually broke the rules, but so far the mods havent even said he's done anything, they just deleted him. THAT is not a good attitude to the rule of law.

In risk of putting my own neck out there, we cant dismiss the case simply because he was a raider. I work in a raider region, if i was unfairly deleted in dubious and unexplained circumstances would no one bat an eyelid? Would you do the same if it were a prominant TITO member?

Although i wont pretend to know what happened, and whether he was classed a DOS or not, i still think we should hear the official moderator stand point, so as to absolve them, or rule out any coup or suspicious actions. Thanks for the input so far, i dont want to fuel the conspiracy fires, but keep it coming in.

Actually my former region-mates care. I realize that you have anointed yourself the UBERSPAM GIRL OF NS, TH, but if you don't care about this, why continue to post?

I also noticed that you never answered Sinn's question. Imagine that.

Incidentally, I was deleted by the mod because he thought that my nations and Biotherm's nations were one and the same player. Biotherm's nations were restored upon further investigation; mine were not. Thus the continuing question (for those concerned.)

The mods are looking into it, and will hopefully have an answer soon. And yes---for those asking---they know about this nation. I actually began a status thread using this nation directed toward the moderator involved. They have not deleted this nation pending the completion of the appeal.
