For those of you unversed in programming, != is a symbol meaning "is not equal to". I'm sure there will be invaders trying to say that I'm saying PH is a dictator.
The truth is that the only action PH did under martial law is declaring it in the first place, an action that many people wanted her to do, and she has recently been re-elected as Director by the Council. Martial law will end after the Deputy Director and Council President have been elected, which should be soon.
