How to Take Over the UN101

I think this is where it goes, but I am not totally sure.

I've always seen those people who hate the UN and how they try to destroy it. I think I might have a slightly better plan for those guys. Firstly, dont get out of the UN, then your only real method of destroying it is gone.

Now the plan:

Form a coalition against the UN and dont care about any other issues. Besides the UN, your different factions can work idependently.

When you have a large number of active nations create what I would like to call the "Senate" Have all your nations split off into regions of 2 nations. Have one nation endource the other, to make him UN delegate. If you can get about 200 nations, you now have 100 delegates. That means you can now "spam" the proposel list with viable proposels. Things like "form a program where extra school supplies are donated to a poor nation." The quorum is about 130 so you should be able to pass almost any preposel. If you can get enough nations you can go over the quorum. Now the UN has to vote on all the preposels.

You havent done anything wrong now have you. Everything is legal. If they drive up the quorum, find more nations and now any opposing preposel is less likely to pass. You kill the UN by overworking it.

Disclaimer
I am not going to try this or take part in this. Just pointing out my thoughts.

The problem would be getting about 200 active people to work simultaneously to nothing but this end.

Yes they did, but I haven't heard much from them lately.

No, they look like they broke up a bit and / or lost some interest and numbers. If they had struck while the iron was hot though I feel it could be a different story all-together ...

Or they wised up, broke off from the obvious " goon " front, and are still linked together via the S.A. Forums and plotting what ever silly ass pocket anarchy they had in mind.

I remember how paranoid some UN members got when Goontopia announced their intentions... ;)

The funny thing is that there are probably a 1000 nations that hate the UN. If they could work together they could bring it down.

And that would be Gatesville (the bulk of them)... Tsk... No wonder they are getting nowhere.

Yeah, it's funny how people are big talk on change but when they have the power to enact it, they can't work together well enough to do so.

Oh how fun it is too see the feeble minds of such disallusioned people who pretend they can actually take over the UN....Let Gatesville try...the'll never succeed.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. If a group could actually work together to accomplish something, much like invading and/or defending, they could take action with little ramification.

Oh how fun it is to see feeble minds discredit out-of-box theories. History is full of examples: just because someone has an 'different' idea doesn't mean it isn't going to work.

That's true, Powerhungry Chipmunks. But it's still not going to work. Why? Because nations that hate the U.N. come from different ends of the spectrum. So many of them are radical Muslim fanatics, while so many others are stupid, all-talk Nazi racists. Nations who worship the religion of capitalism simply will not work with zealous men who are totally dedicated to Communism- or at least pretend to be online. The nations that hate the U.N. are, in general, the extremists. And being extreme is a two-way street, you can go one way or the other. And so many of the people that hate the U.N. come from opposite ends.
