When I look at the top 10, I see nation names like "The Commercial Haven of Aleph Null", "The Hellhole of Boothea", and "The Holier-than-thou Empire of FeministBioengineering". How do you select a title besides those available on the settings screen?

When your nation reaches 500 million population, the dropdown box becomes a text box and you type in what you want instead.
I've seen some funny combinations in my time...
