I'm gonna answer no#3 first so it makes sense;

3) RP is a shorthand version of the term 'Role Play', 'Role Playing'.
1) Buying and selling of weapons and other stuff like materials etc can only be Role Played.
2) War can only be done via RP/RolePlay.
4) eh?

and after I bought the weapons, what's the effect?

You go to a storefront and say you're going to buy this many of that.
You then pay for it - read a storefront, and you'll see how thats done.

Effect - in an RP, you now have whatever you bought.

so where is storefront? or it's the war mongers floating around the nations
