Yes, the country of Happy Bubble Land Anew (The reincarnation of defunct nation Happy Bubble Land - Sparky's been away a while and all her nations died. ^^') is now offering a flag service. Our artists can make pretty good flags when we set our minds to it. Some nation's flags we have made include our own (which is a very special case), Doom and Prosperity 2's, Another Middle Road's, and Rhengraa Grahur's. If your nation would like a flag from us, please be aware of these provisos.
1. Please be specific; if you are not, don't be too surprised if the flag we come out with isn't to your exact liking. We will, however, be willing to do a reasonable amount of revisions.
2. Please be aware of our limitations. These flags will be done in Microsoft Paint; Happy Bubble Land Anew's own flag is the lone exception as it was done on an oekaki board and sized down, and even then the image was originally just a random doodle. Also, be aware that from time to time we may get bogged down with other work.
