OOC: Three of my friends and I decided that we wanted to create a region and try to get more people to join. Our goal is to provide a strong, steadfast place of refuge to any seeking it. We have an offsite forum to promote unity, and are working towards a senate and UN Delegacy. If you want to join, me and The World Legions are both experienced, and ZeonicLlamas and Unarmed Snails are both new to NS and could provide you with partners for growth. Please seriously consider moving to The Dominion.

The Dominion now contains fourteen nations and a fully functional forum board offsite at invisionfree. Joining is a great idea.
