Well, this question is about making new nations. You know how when you want to make a new nation, you can have "The REPUBLIC of so-and-so" or "The EMPIRE of so-and-so"? Well, I bet you all know what I'm talking about, but recently, I've seen a number nations that do not have The "Republic" of so-and-so or The "Empire" of so-and-so, but I've seen a nation by the name of "The Special Admin Region of Neo Hong Kong". Well when I looked under the tab where they let you select what "government" you are when you're making a new nation, like empire or dictatorship, I didn't see, "The Special Admin Region" so how did that person get, "The Special Admin Region" in his name without it being an option when you make a new nation?

How do I get a custom nation type?

Nations with populations over 500 million can write their own pretitle. Others, however, must choose from the drop-down menu.
