How do I acquire my own region? I'm new to the game and would appreciate any assistance. Thanks! :)

1) Click on the link to the region you're in.
2) Click on the "Move to a new region" link.
3) Click on the "Create a new region" link.
4) Fill in the information you want for your new region.
5) Click the "Create region" button.
