What's better for civil rights, 'Excellent' or 'Superb?'

Today my civil rights went from 'Excellent' to 'Superb.' Not that it's a big deal or anything, but I was just curious, which is better? Thanks!

According to this (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=275386), superb is higher than excellent.
