ClappingLand

The leper is a protected species, lepers are frequently shot for looking at people 'in a funny way', refugees from other nations are flocking to ClappingLand's border, and re-education centers are being added to most prisons. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is moderate, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. ClappingLand's national animal is the leper, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the cigar.
