I had this in flag faq but Loop said to keep flag requests in a seperate thread so I will just copy and paste from my deleted post in flag faq.
Anybody who could make a flag I would greatly appreciate it. I generally like to put 23 of some kind of shape (I use MS Paint so it's usually 23 dots) on my flag to represent 23 states, just like the US does. Other than that, the artisan can surprise me.
