Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but I haven't been able to find it.
Just what are the different rankings one can have in each of the three goverment rankings (Civil Rights, Economy, Political Freedom)? And which of those rankings are "above" the others.
For example, recently my Political Freedoms moved from Superb to Excellent... and I can't tell which way that means it changed, higher or lower. And one of my friends has a World Benchmark, does that mean he's flat average, or the absolute best?
