Opinnian Tincol is a new Colony of the Region of Tinland, formed by me Opinno because I feel that Tinland was growing to large. That is not true with Opinnian Tincol. We need all the new people we cn get as we have dreams of grandeur away from The Motherland! Join us and help us move away from our colonial ties and become a full-fledged Region under our own Government!
