Why? Why! We spend over a trillion on schools (in my custom budget, not the third geek one) We make kids go to school to learn all the history, language, math, etc, and above all, political loyalty and weapons training, oh don't forget racial science.

I have a nation in the 500s which is both highly religious and conservative. That says something about intelligence levels of various political positions, heehee.


Or at least Max's viewpoint thereof....

Political loyalty and weapons training? ...above all? Those two sound much less like education than history, math, science, foreign languages, etc.

Anyway, if you are hoping to increase the intelligence of your population, I'd suggest just taking a look at what nations ranked high on the list are doing.
