Space Colonization of Langrage Point Five
Langrage Point Five (L5) is a bowl-shaped valley in space in which a body displaced in any direction returns to the center and are therefore known as points of stable equilibrium. It is located in the Moon’s orbit, equidistant from both the Earth and the Moon, with which form congruent equilateral triangles. L5 is the point 60° west (clockwise) of the Moon, trailing it in orbit around the Earth. The orbit around L5 has an average radius of about 140,000 km
There is enough space for a lot of colonies. Most advanced one is the O'Neill Cylinder. Always in pair it can harbor 10 million residents. My nation has a pair of this type.
Welcome and join us !
