O'Neill Cylinders is also known as Island Three is the most popular design for Space Colonies and they (always in pair) can provide habitat for 10 million residents.
My Nation The Incorporated States of Guang Ming currently possesses only a single pair of Island Three Colonies.
If your nation join us in the neighbourhood of Langrange Point Five (L5) feel free to construct your Space Colonies.
