Yes it is capitalist, that's why I called it "New" Russia, althought Russia is capitalist now, hmm well anyway yes it is capitalist.

actually russia is still communist. the only thing that ended was the soviet union.

I think he more or less alluded to the fact that Russia isn't truely capitalist, not a realy unknown fact; and actually, if you want to be technical, there is no real capitalist nation.
