City Ankh Morpork (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/02613/page=display_region/region=city_ankh_morpork) is quite dead right now and to rebuild we need new interesting nations to join.
UN delegates is of course hotly looked after and they will get almost free reign. More about that later upon joining.
We accept puppets to others most gladly.
And before someone starts yelling that there exists other regions like this one, yes, it does. We have Klatch, Ankh Morpork (recently griefed and under password lock and under mod supervision) and we have the big region Discworld.
But we offer something else.. question is.. are you brave enough to send something to try it out..

There is a high infestation of nations crawling in to City Ankh Morpork and most of them don't even want to pay the taxes at the gates.
To try to get to the problem we had to enforce Guilds on our new forum (http://s6.invisionfree.com/CAM) and thus find a way to regulate the income.
So we need a few more lawabiding citizens to come in. Bring a broom, you will need it. Its not entirly clean sweeped all over. And be very wary of old men, remember rule one.
