I know there is a difference between Ec Freedom and your actual economy score...

Is it possible for me to have a 'New York Times Democracy' with a 'Frightening' Economy? I realise I will have to reduce my Ec Freedoms, but will I still keep a high ecomony score?

My goal is thus:

New York Times Democracy
CR: World Benchmark EC: Frightening PF: World Benchmark

Is this possible?

Alright. So, my CR and PR levels are A-OK, but my economic freedoms are still too high. So, is it possible to reduce EC without reducing economy. How?
