As you can see, my nation is extremely democratic. I'm aiming to get my civil rights up to World Benchmark like my political freedoms.
but i've noticed that some nations with a very high democracy rate, are anarchies! will my country fall to anarchy when I reach 'Superb' civil rights for example?
Thanks.

Only if you also have a high economy.

True, it could, but Farflorin was a civil rights lovefest when I had a frightening economy, corrupted political rights and world benchmark civil rights....but, now it's an anarchy.

Only if you also have a high economy.
Actually, only if you have high economic freedoms. It is possible to have a fairly good economy without high economic freedoms.

after checking the political map http://alces.sel.uaf.edu/gregg/ns/nsmap.html
i see that 'economy' means 'economic freedom'.
now i see why a high economic freedom, high political freedom and high civil rights leads to anarchy. i can't see how a high economy can lead to anarchy (but now I see coz it means economic freedom)
