I notice that many nations have nation types (Empire, United States, Republic, Colony) that are not present on the list. (Unholy and Evil Empire, Unlimited Happyness, Ungodly Empire, Nak Nakian Colony)

How was this done? Or is it something that a game moderator has to do?

when your nation has many people living in it (I thought 500 million+) you get to make your own type

At 500 million population, you get to edit your nation's "prefix". I have "Artificial Intelligence" for mine.
