Since I was able to find your post (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=354799) within seconds, I suppose that you failed to use the search (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/search.php?s=) function... You know, that thing on top of the page, right under the E of NationStates.

The forums move quickly, you wont find your posts on the first page when you wait for longer than, ahum... an hour, for International Incidents.

The are various GDP calculators, like this (http://www.sunsetrpg.com/economystatistics.php) one, though personally, I would say, ahum... Useless, one is better off not using them.

Oh, and keep in mind that all calculaters are player- created, and hence, not official, as well as biased on the creator's opinion. And of course, Imperfections of NS are logically included in the calculators (re: Insane budget percentages people tend to wave around).

You mean like the fact that the XML Feed (http://213.208.119.243/cgi-bin/nationdata.cgi/nation=hotrodia) for my nation shows an Education budget of 59%? That seems perfectly reasonable, yes? ;)

*Cough* *Strokes his Education budget*

But yes, Defence spending 44%, Administration 0% (Omnipresent Government, zero spending for it? WTF?) are things one should take with a grain of salt... Or a whole carload of it, for that matter.

Oh, and I forgot... The Nations Coalition, I suggest going to your profile -> Options, and set the settings to 'Show all threads', since forum default is 'Show Threads of Today'... Which ain't exactly a good idea if you're searching for past posts.
