Since I know the world of 1900 almost better then I know the world of today, I have been thinking for sometime about creating a region set in modern day with a 1900 map and 1900 politics.
IE: The Qing Monarchy still in China, the Hohenzollers still in Germany, the Third Republic of France, a Tsarist Russia. You get the idea. It would have Modern-day weapons and tactics, but the map would be as if it hadn't been touched since 1900. There would still be colonies and vast empires...
Does anyone think this is a good idea? If so, I've already created a region and if enough people show interest I will get this unique concept going, start a forum for that Region's RP... If not I'll just forget it and move on.
