Guys, I know I have asked you before for help, and you guys are probably tired of reading my help threads.

I would like to lmpw where I can find all the effects of every issue. I really need to chart out the best way to make a New York Times Democracy with 2 billion or more people.

I have tried looking through the "issues" sticky in Technical forum, but it only gives me all the issues descriptions. It does not give me the effects of each decision, like +10% economy, -10% civil rights.... etc.

A chart with these stats would be greatly appreciated. If I am able to acquire a chart of each issue WITH effects like add or subtract my nation's stats then I won't have to keep asking or bugging you guys every time I get an issue.

Thanks in advance.

Well to get 2 Billion people, you'll need to be playing for the best part of a year.

No one's published effects of an issue. You just have to use trial and error with several nations over several months until you start to get it...

I meant to say that I wanted to plan ahead, you know? I want to be a New York Times Democracy of 2 billion people in the future, seeing that most all 2+ billion nations are either communist, dictatorship, facist, or corporate states. I want to be a 2 billion people Ancient Rome or Ancient Greek type of democracy.

It'll be very, very hard. Look at the FAQ; it's stated there that any of your actions are going to be GREATLY exaggarated. Most of the really powerful nations are one or two years old, as well.

Yeah, just piddle around with the issues until you get your 3 stats where you want them. After that, just dismiss issues for the rest of your nationstate's life until you reach 2 billion. Sure, it's not as fun... but it's the price you pay...
