Does anyone know of any good tutorials or whatnot for making good maps on Photoshop? I saw one a while back, but I lost the address to it. So, um, help please?

I don't know, but I have seen websites where you type in what you want, they automatically put it on a map, and then you can change it round, it may be needed to be downloaded, but either way it works.
This isn't photoshop, but possibly worth looking into.

I really can't remember off-hand, I never saved it in my Favourites folder, just go back a few pages here in GamePlay.

And a reminder: you can get some nice terrain to start you off by firing up the Map Editor in Civ III.

Yes, I've just started to play SC4 (got it for my birthday) and it does have possibilities. In fact, I was thinking it could be used to create a regional map with the squares for nations, no? Start off by numbering them, then let nations claim their squares ...

Interesting concept. Think I'll give it a try.
