International Court of Justice

After a few moments of non activity in NS, I wanted to come back in the game. At this moment I realised that no region was working on resolving and judging international incidents (RP only, not mod stuff of course) . Maybe I'm wrong, so tell me!
So I've decided to build the region "International Court of Justice". If someone likes this idea, please join ! I haven't worked out the mechanics of the court yet, so every proposal is welcome.
The offsite forum is at: http://s7.invisionfree.com/ICJ/index.php

I think I ought to be more precise.

The main idea, is to form a court similar to the real life UN Court.
I imagine that in NS the court could have 3 missions:
1- supervise all international conflicts to prevent of any prohibited acts (refering to the UN resolutions)
2- Try to etablish diplomatic meetings between oponents, in the objective of a peaceful ending, before, during and after the conflict
3- Judge prohibited acts and condemn them

I hope that these ideas will encourage regions to send an emissary and take part in this experience.

The court (so small for now) is happy to welcome you. Please log yourself on the offsite board: http://s7.invisionfree.com/ICJ/index.php

Actually, my region is currently working on that very issue. You might want to check out my forum and see what we are doing. I always believe it is better to combine forces to reach a common goal so as to not re-invent the wheel.

The region is The Realm of Criminology. The forum is located at The Realm of Criminology (http://dcanevit.proboards25.com/index.cgi)

We have set up a university as well as a law library. My advice is that if you intend to continue on your own is not be too hasty. Developing a court is very difficult.
