Church of England, you mean? I guess that depends. If your particular Church of England considers itself to be part of the Roman Catholic Church, then yes. If not, then no.
Yes I do mean the Church of England and I mean the Anglican version (not that I'm convinced there's any other). Ah well, nevermind...

If you're interested in a Protestant/Reformed region, try Greater Prussia.

I'm going to take a look at your region, sounds like it might fit the Holy Empire
of Christus Victor. A Catholic welfare state run by an enlightened absolute
monarch, some might say "benevolent despot", along the lines of the best of Catholic monarchs through the centuries.
