Putting a topic on the wrong board doesn't get any more attention from a Moderator than is strictly necessary for the Moderator to move the topic to the right place. It's nothing to be concerned about.
Being rude, on the other hand, tends to get more attention. Do not abuse other NationStates players.
All regional advertisements, and all solicitations for regional advertisements (that is, saying "Hey! I'm looking for a good region to move to :) "), belong in "Gameplay". Hence, iMove http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/images/icons/icon2.gif "Gameplay".
