i have founded a new region, Krak des Chevaliers... And I am trying to build it up... but so far I have had limited success. I know there are plenty of NS success stories out there... How did you build up your region... and what advice do you have for those following in your footsteps?

I would pick a less evil name... that was where that wacky lord in the 3rd Crusade wreacked havoc...

Yea... Well, I don't know much of that time... KDC sounded like a cool name... And if I am not mistaken, it was a major hub of activity for the Knights Hospitaller, a very kind and charitable organization...
EDIT: I seem to have created two identical threads... could a mod please do somthing about this? :)
