It will change, depending on what you decide when passing issues. I went through a lengthy period of time as a corrupt dictatorship myself.

Yes, it can change. There are 27 different UN categories that are based on which option you chose in the issues.

It is, in fact, somewhat difficult to maintain the exact same UN category.

Not really. If you dismiss every issue, then only UN resolutions can alter your UN category, and only if your nation's in the UN when they pass.

Yes but then the population isn't as big as it could be. Or at least, that's the only way I can explain the lower populations of nations I have in which I didn't answer issues as much.

In any case, it's difficult to answer issues in a way that never changes your category.

I know nations that are only logged onto every few weeks, and they grow at normal rates. Therefore, I'm sure that settled issues don't influence population at all.

It took me close to six months to get from Inoffensive Centrist to Capitalist Paradise... it all depends on the UN resolutions passed and the issue choices you select.

I think that sort of inconvenience could become less influential if only we could get more issues per day. However, I have a strong feeling that a change like that to game mechanics could require the site to be down for perhaps a week. I don't know, really.

I have been for some time a capitalist paradise the only thing that has ever come close to the amount of time I have spent as a capitalist paradise was being centrist at one point when I was simply experimenting with being the USA rather than my ideology and what I want the USA to be. I have once been in anarchy

Yeah it changes and depends as the others have pointed out

Oh, I agree; that change took me six months with two issues a day. :headbang:

I originally started as a New York Times Democracy, then passed to be a Democratic Socialist and currently I´m an Innofensive Central Democracy.

Yeah, most people pass through the ICD phase at some point in their NS lives.

Thankfully only my unimportant puppets have ever been "inoffensive." Rest assured SB has always been offensive and rightwinged.

What exactly means "New York Times Democracy" ?

I think it's a centre-right democracy.

I started off there, but have now moved to "Democratic Socialists"
