"The Common Alliance of Dictatorships, a non-binding military alliance group, dedicating to use the combined recources to defend the Sovereign rights of worthwhile dictatorships. The need for common defense against parlimentary Democracy, which is self-Righteous in its demonization of the authoritarian state. Thus we shall support uprisings of Authoritarian leaders, by indirect means, to help defend ourselves. This organization is not a military alliance, and the nations are not required to enter in any engagement they do not wish to, as such would be an attack on the nations sovereignty. The key points are summarized here.

1. We regard parlimentary democracy as an innefective system, that breeds immorality and rebelion, further they mislead the populace to believe all Authoritarian states are imposed on the people and are nothing more then police states.
2. We are against Internationalism, while alliances and trade agreements are favorable, binding international organizations are an assault on an Nations sovereignty.
2a. As a result this is a loose affiliation. No demand of involvement shall be required of its members, and members are encouraged not only to use millitary but diplomatic, economical and propoganda aid to the cause of Dictatorships.
3. We are blind to other differences. Bolshevists and Fascists are free to join as are Monarchists and Theocrats, and any other form. We must unite against the spread of democracy, before it threatens our right to rule."
