Custom Nation Names

Hi, I was wondering what the population requirement was for altering your names, such as changing mine from The Holy Empire of Karnov II, to The Imperial Order of Karnov II. It used to be 200 million, but I can't seem to change mine and I'm 205.
Any help appreciated,

You get 1 million citizens a day. So you have to wait 1 1/2 years to get your own title?! Thats outrageous!

I think once you reach 50, you start getting 5-10 a day to be exact. So it'd take no more than 150 days to get a custom title, right?
Are there any more 'special things' that happen with population growth, or is it just custom nation names?
I don't suppose you can edit your nation's description if you get past 5 billion?!?!?!?!?

I don't suppose you can edit your nation's description if you get past 5 billion?!?!?!?!?
I believe just the moderators can alter their national descriptions, but I could be wrong about that, too.

We can but it runs the risk of screwing up the nation if done wrong (I totally borked Glaaki doing that once).
Also, we aren't supposed to.

There is a lot of stuff you can change about your nation... But, it can only happen through voting and resolving each issue as it comes up.
