Not that I would invade anyone, but I am trying to find out how to interact with other countries as well and I can't figure out how. It's driving me crazy! :headbang:

Well, currently there is no war feature, so you can't "attack" another country, but you can seize the UN delegate's spot by getting more endorsements.

Go to International Incidents, read the stickies, and look over some threads, that should give you all the information you need on how to interact with other nations.

Yeah, if that's what you mean. Invasion gameplay-style means going in with a bunch of other UN nations and taking over the delegate spot.

Post on the regional boards on your region's page that you want to join an invader group and someone will probably contact you.

Let me make sure this is all explained clearly:

The only nation-to-nation contact that the NationStates game engine simulates are telegrams, United Nations endorsements, votes on UN resolutions (which affect your national statistics like the daily issues), and anything having to do with regional control (namely, someone placing a password on a region or forcibly ejecting a nation from the region).

Aside from that, no nation-to-nation contact is explicitly simulated. War and trade are "make-believe"; you can roleplay, you can pretend, you can write stories, but the game engine wouldn't care.

The only kind of "invasions" that the game engine would notice are the kind where a bunch of UN member nations enter someones region and endorse each other for Delegate, thus taking over the Delegacy. If this is the kind of invasions that you're interested in, then you should be aware that there are rules for invasions (rules that, if you break them, can get your nation deleted). I just noticed that the topic with the rules currently in effect are missing from the forums, so I'll have to address that problem when I have time.
